How do I place an order?
Please fill out our quote form online and we will get back to you shortly. You should reserve as early as possible. Rentals are reserved on a first-come basis. Deposits are required to hold reservations.
Can I make changes to my order?
Customer may ONLY add items to the order, subject to the same terms, once a reservation has been confirmed (i.e. payment made). Customer acknowledges that any changes to order after the first 24 hours is subject to store credit and will be held on file for 6 months from when the original order was placed.

Do you charge delivery fees?
Delivery is available and should be arranged at the time rentals are reserved. Delivery charges are based on the event location. Someone should be available to inspect, accept and sign the release of delivered materials. Please report shortages (if any) to the driver at the time of delivery.
Delivery and pickup charges are based on ground floor delivery. If rentals must be carried to other floors or to a specific area, additional charges may apply. Our personnel are trained to neatly stack all items in a convenient location.
In addition to the agreed delivery time window, special delivery arrangements are available. Please call for a quote.
Rentals must be broken down, restacked and ready for pickup at the same location it was delivered. Please save and reuse all the packing material you receive with your order to prevent breakage.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle.
30% deposit of your total order is due upon reservation, the balance is required a week before pickup or delivery.
Do you setup and breakdown rental products?
Setup and breakdown services are available at an additional charge and should be arranged in advance.
What's your minimum order?
Minimum delivery order $200 depending on your location. 20 miles or more from our warehouse will require a higher minimum order.
What's your cancellation policy?
You may cancel Your order for Products by notifying us through the Website no later than 24hours after order is confirmed.
What's your rental period?
Rental products are quoted for same day pickup and return. If you need it longer, please let us know and we will be glad to update your quote.
What happens if any of the rental products are damaged?
If any of the rented items are damaged while in your care, you may be charged for the repair or replacement costs. Please refer to our policy for more information on Damages. (insert link?)
What happens if I don't use part of my rental order?
There is no refund for unused rental products already in your possession.
Is sales taxes included in the cost of the rental products?
Sales tax is not included in rental price. Sales tax would be calculated at checkout.
Grandscope LLC (DBA Youneek Party Rentals) is a registered company in the state of Texas and is required to collect taxes.
Does the Bubble House come with balloons?
Yes, the cost of renting the Bubble house already includes up to 100 balloons (maximum of 3 colors).
We can provide balloon garlands, customized to fit your party theme, at an additional fee (starting from $100). Please contact us for this extra service.
